We at Silky Wigs want your experience with our products to be flawless. We provide a simple exchange policy in case you’re unsatisfied with your hair extensions and wigs for any reason.

What can be exchanged:

  • Hair extensions in their original packaging, with all tags still attached, may be exchanged if they are unworn and unopened.
  • Exchanges are only available for items bought through the Silky Wigs website www.silkywigs.com.

Timeframe for Exchanges:

  • Exchanges must be initiated within 5 days of receiving your order.

How to initiate an Exchange:

  • To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer service team by email at contact@silkywigs.com or by WhatsApp at +91 70091 58146.
  • Be sure to have your order number and the reason for your exchange ready.
  • Our customer service team will provide you with further instructions on how to exchange your hair extensions and wigs.

Exchange Processing:

  • Hair extensions in their original packaging, with all tags still attached, may be exchanged if they are unworn and unopened.
  • Exchanges are only available for items bought through the Silky Wigs websitewww.silkywigs.com.
  • Your exchange request will be processed as soon as we receive your returned hair extensions and confirm they meet the exchange requirements.
  • Subject to availability, you will be able to swap your hair extensions for ones of a different size, color, or style.
  • We will pay for the shipping of your exchange order.

Exclusions:

  • We cannot exchange hair extensions or wigs that have been opened, worn, or tampered with.
  • We cannot exchange hair extensions that have been purchased on sale or with a discount code.
  • We cannot offer exchanges for custom-made hair extensions.

Shipping Costs:

  • We will cover the shipping cost of sending your exchange order to you.
  • You are responsible for the cost of shipping the hair extensions back to us.

Products which are not Valid for Exchange:

  1. Sale Orders / Discounted orders
  2. Curly / Wavy Hair Extensions & Hair Toppers
  3. Accessories – Tools, Hair clips,Brush, Beads box,Plier, Wig caps
  4. Hair Serum & Hair Spa
  5. Donut scrunches, Skin Patch
  6. International orders
  7. Anything bought in pop-ups/ exhibitions or in-person trials.
  8. Any product bought on Cash on Delivery (COD)
  9. Any products that have been colored, chemically treated and or damaged due to styling, post purchase.

Important Information for Return or Refund Requests:

To ensure a smooth return or refund process, kindly review the following guidelines before contacting us:

  1. Product Condition: We accept returns only for unused and unaltered products. This includes wigs that haven’t been washed, cut, colored, chemically treated, or brushed excessively (for curly/wavy hair).
  2. Unboxing Video: In case of physical damage or missing items, please create an unboxing video. This video should be recorded before opening the courier seal to serve as evidence of the product’s condition upon arrival. Returns/exchanges for damaged or defective products will only be accepted with this valid video proof.
  3. Clear Identification: Clearly mark your order number and contact information on the return package.
  4. Return Shipping: You are responsible for covering the return shipping costs. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping option, as Silky Wigs will not be held liable for any loss or damage during the return process.
  5. Return Initiation: To initiate a return, please contact us via email at contact@silkywigs.com or WhatsApp at +91 70091 58146. We will then provide the return address.
  6. Return Options: We currently offer store credit for eligible returns. Refunds are not available. Please note a service fee of Rs.200 will be deducted from all exchanges/returns to cover prepping and maintenance costs. Store credit can be used for future purchases or gifting.
  7. Store Credit Issuance: Once we receive the returned product in its original condition, we will issue store credit via direct message on Instagram or email. Products deemed ineligible for return due to damage or other reasons will be shipped back to you in the same condition.
